- Demonstrated experience designing for social media environments.

- Solid understanding of typography, layout, motion principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to maintain quality while working at speed.
- C1 English proficiency required (written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in Figma.

- Conceptualize and produce motion graphics using After Effects.
- Design static and animated content for social media platforms.

- Ensure alignment with established brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Adapt creative assets across multiple formats and placements.
- Collaborate directly with copywriters, designers, and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.
- Participate in ideation sessions and contribute creative solutions.
