We’re looking for a Global Digital Product Manager to support the Converse Digital Experience & Capabilities team by driving ecommerce product enhancements, supporting agile product delivery, and partnering cross-functionally to improve the digital customer journey across Converse.com. This role is ideal for someone highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and experienced managing digital products within ecommerce or retail environments.

The Details
Job Title: Global Digital Product Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – onsite at Converse with Fridays WFH)
Start Date: 06/01/2026 End Date: 12/31/2026
Duration: ~7 months with possible extensions
Pay Rate: $55/hour W2
What You’ll Do
- Support digital product initiatives for Converse.com and related ecommerce experiences
- Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, UX, analytics, and design teams to deliver digital product enhancements
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, SCRUM meetings, backlog grooming, and release coordination
- Write detailed business requirements, user stories, and product documentation
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate feature functionality
- Assist with prioritization and roadmap execution for digital commerce capabilities
- Analyze customer insights, business needs, and ecommerce trends to support product decisions
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Support launch planning, feature rollouts, and ongoing product improvements
- Maintain organized documentation and communicate updates across cross-functional teams
- Work closely under senior product management leadership while contributing to day-to-day product execution
What They Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of digital product management experience within ecommerce or retail environments
- Experience working within agile software development teams and SCRUM environments
- Strong experience writing business requirements, user stories, and product documentation
- Experience supporting UAT testing, sprint execution, and product releases
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, digital customer journeys, and retail technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with business, UX, analytics, and engineering teams
- Previous experience supporting ecommerce, CMS, or digital marketing capabilities is a plus
- Retail or direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience strongly preferred
