The Cloud & Services Provider Program Manager will play a central role in driving growth and execution across the Universal Enclosures business. The position is responsible for shaping and coordinating the strategic plan for DC Suite, accelerating penetration in the Cloud & Services Provider market, and supporting key GSA accounts in EUR and NAM.

This role goes beyond program coordination. It requires the ability to connect market ambition, technical requirements, and operational execution. The person in this role will help translate solution needs into practical workflows and guidelines for factories, while maintaining strong alignment across stakeholders and supporting selected Intra Group business linked to Secure Power & Cooling.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the strategic plan for DC Suite within Universal Enclosures to strengthen market penetration with Cloud & Services Provider customers
  • Drive focused action plans for CSP customers, with particular attention on GSA accounts in EUR and NAM
  • Translate SLDs and technical specifications into workflows and guidelines for factories to support product development across standard and customized portfolio offers
  • Act as a bridge between business priorities and technical execution, ensuring alignment between market needs and product development requirements
  • Build, manage, and maintain a clear stakeholder map across the relevant internal functions and business interfaces
  • Support Intra Group business activities related to Secure Power & Cooling
  • Create visibility on priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress across the program
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders around actions, ownership, and execution milestones

What success looks like

  • A clear and actionable strategic plan is in place for DC Suite within Universal Enclosures
  • Priority CSP and GSA opportunities in EUR and NAM are supported with strong structure, focus, and follow-through
  • Technical requirements are translated into usable workflows and factory guidance
  • Stakeholders are clearly mapped, actively engaged, and aligned on priorities
  • Risks and blockers are surfaced early and managed proactively
  • The business gains momentum through better coordination between strategy, technical execution, and commercial priorities

Candidate profile

  • Strong program management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to structure strategic initiatives and convert them into disciplined execution
  • Solid technical understanding, with the ability to interpret SLDs and technical specifications and translate them into actionable guidance
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills
  • Comfort working across a matrix organization, including regional and cross-business interfaces
  • Ability to connect market priorities, technical requirements, and operational follow-through
  • Experience in Cloud, Services Providers, data center solutions, Secure Power & Cooling, or adjacent business environments would be an advantage
