As the Venue General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of the venue, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and a strong, engaged team culture. You’ll lead from the front while working closely with your Area Leader to deliver consistent performance and uphold brand standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead by example to deliver outstanding, guest-first experiences.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a consistently high standard of execution.
- Maintain exceptional standards across cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
- Manage key commercial metrics including labour, COGs, and overall venue performance.
- Take full ownership of the venue P&L and drive sustainable profitability.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across operations and team capability.
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR experience highly regarded).
