We're on the lookout for a passionate, driven Venue General Manager to help us bring the good vibes, every day to our Bulimba venue.

As the Venue General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of the venue, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and a strong, engaged team culture. You’ll lead from the front while working closely with your Area Leader to deliver consistent performance and uphold brand standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding, guest-first experiences.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a consistently high standard of execution.
• Maintain exceptional standards across cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Manage key commercial metrics including labour, COGs, and overall venue performance.
• Take full ownership of the venue P&L and drive sustainable profitability.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across operations and team capability.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR experience highly regarded).
• A professional, people-first leader who builds strong teams and leads with confidence.
• A calm, solutions-focused decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and committed to operational and personal excellence.
