We need an English-fluent Marketing Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business strategies and objectives to inform marketing initiatives.
• Create and deliver industry-focused messaging and presentations aligned with target audiences.
• Design, plan, and execute high-priority campaigns to drive business growth.
• Identify and implement innovative approaches and best practices to enhance performance and outcomes.
• Establish and track key metrics to measure campaign success and overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate with and support cross-functional team members as needed to achieve shared goals.\

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, in IT Professional services
• Can adapt, learn quickly and flexible to adjust the message and methods.
• Ability to proactively anticipate and prepare for emerging needs
• An innovative mindset that can think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically
• Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex priorities
• Strong persuasive communication skills; able to gain consensus through influence.
• Ability to work in a virtual environment
• Experience in Electronic marketing strategies and techniques, including using social media for business development.
• Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts

Compensation:

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,800 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
• This contract has a minimum commitment of 6 months.
• The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
