Account Manager/Business Development Representative - remote position but must be located in New England or NC

  • Identify potential hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Establish contact relationships to build upon the business and obtain referrals
  • Schedule and conduct new client visits
  • Communicate with prospective clients to obtain and close agreements for services
  • Negotiate rates and other terms of employment with hiring manager, gain commitment for current and future job requirements
  • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment
  • Establish client expectations and share them with internal staff
  • Develop marketing plans to create a strategic sales initiative
  • Source, research, and qualify leads/targets


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, we will consider work experience
  • Experience in staffing or contingent workforce augmentation, direct-hire placement
  • Self-motivation, discipline, competitive nature, individual with A type personality
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment
