Role Overview:

As our Graphic & Web Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing a wide range of creative assets for ad campaigns, digital products, and web experiences. You must be equally skilled at producing static graphics, motion design, and full website or funnel UI/UX layouts.

This is a hybrid creative role — ideal for someone who understands both performance creative and digital branding, and can balance fast-paced asset production with thoughtful design strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

✦ Paid Advertising & Digital Graphics

  • Design static graphics for paid ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display platforms

  • Develop digital product mockups (eBooks, guides, course previews, etc.)

  • Create social proof designs, testimonials, headlines, and scroll-stopping carousel creatives

✦ Motion Graphics & Video Overlays

  • Design dynamic text overlays, animations, and transitions for video ads

  • Create short-form motion graphic animations (product intros, ad hooks, explainer-style assets)

  • Work with video editors to supply branded elements and motion templates

✦ Funnel & Web Design

  • Design full funnel and website layouts (landing pages, sales pages, quiz funnels, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the dev/ClickFunnels/Webflow/Shopify teams to hand off design files

  • Design mobile-first, conversion-optimized pages with clear hierarchy and CTA structure

✦ Brand Consistency & Creative Strategy

  • Maintain consistent visual identity across client assets while adapting to each brand’s unique style

  • Participate in creative brainstorms and pitch visual concepts that align with ad strategy

  • Revise and iterate based on performance data and team/client feedback

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of design experience across paid media, branding, and web

  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and After Effects or similar

  • Experience designing for direct-response marketing and understanding what drives conversions

  • Comfortable designing both static and animated content

  • Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, digital product mockups, and responsive web designs

  • Bonus: Experience with Webflow, ClickFunnels, or Shopify theme customization

Bonus Responsibilities (Optional, but Recommended):

  • Template Library Creation: Build reusable templates for ads, social proof, and funnel assets

  • Brand Kits: Create style guides and quick-reference brand boards for clients

  • Creative Performance Loop: Review top-performing assets and evolve designs based on data
