UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer passionate about websites, landing pages, and impact reports for nonprofits. Your designs will help mission-driven organizations present their stories, impact, and programs in a way that resonates with supporters, donors, and communities. While designing ad creatives is part of the role, the primary focus is on high-converting, visually compelling websites, landing pages, and reports. You should also be comfortable exploring AI tools and other design technologies to improve efficiency, workflow, and creative output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mobile-responsive websites and landing pages optimized for user engagement and conversion.

• Collaborate with content and strategy teams to structure user flows, CTAs, and donation pathways.

• Create impact reports and annual reports with clear data visualization, infographics, and storytelling.

• Develop templates for newsletters, blog banners, and other digital assets.

• Design ad creatives for campaigns or grants when needed, aligned with overall visual strategy.

• Ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and optimized across devices and platforms.

• Explore and integrate AI tools and technologies to enhance design efficiency and output.
