As a Wealth Services - Senior Associate within J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, you will support the Wealth Services team by enabling operational, analytical, and client servicing activities across the sales lifecycle. You will act as an extension of the UK-based team, partnering closely with Wealth Managers, Senior Wealth Managers, and Wealth Consultants. You will provide administrative and analytical support while ensuring accurate execution of processes and reporting. You will contribute to CRM management, campaign execution, and sales enablement initiatives. This role requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
J.P. Morgan Personal Investing (JPMPI) is the firm's digital wealth manager, providing clients with accessible investment guidance and solutions. The India team operates as an extension of the UK-based Wealth Services team, supporting end-to-end sales lifecycle activities. Team members support advisors by delivering operational, analytical, and reporting capabilities while maintaining a strong focus on client service excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM activities by recording opportunities in Salesforce and maintaining accurate data
- Support financial administration, including funding processes and reconciliation activities
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage transfer processes, including follow-ups with providers and clients
- Support client engagement activities, including documentation and administrative requirements
- Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings, including research and portfolio insights
- Produce business reports, including monthly and quarterly performance reviews
- Enhance CRM and sales processes by improving reporting, analytics, and operational efficiency
- Support development and execution of outbound campaigns and distribution channel activities
- Analyze data to support financial planning, campaign effectiveness, and performance tracking
- Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in a similar role supporting financial services, wealth management, or sales operations
- Strong understanding of client servicing and sales lifecycle processes
- Ability to manage CRM systems and maintain data accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Understanding of confidentiality and client data sensitivity
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Advanced degree or relevant qualification such as MBA, CFA, CA, or FRM
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau or Alteryx
- Familiarity with digital wealth management platforms or financial advisory environments
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Experience working with global teams across multiple regions
- Interest in financial markets and investment advisory processes
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities
