We Are Looking To Strengthen Our Team With a
Strategic Brand & Portfolio Manager Urology (f/m/d)
In this role, you will develop and manage the strategic brand and portfolio planning for our urology products across the DACH region. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of the brand strategy, positioning, lifecycle management, and the commercial steering of your brands – from market analysis and strategy development to operational execution. As a key interface, you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure the long-term market success of Recordati products.
Your Responsibilities
- You develop and implement brand strategies and plans in the field of urology across all relevant channels, with a strong focus on omnichannel.
- You conduct market analyses, identify trends, customer needs, and competitive developments, and derive strategic actions from your insights.
- You manage the entire product lifecycle – from launch through updates and line extensions to potential discontinuation.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Legal to develop new products and further enhance existing ones.
- You monitor brand performance, analyze customer feedback, and identify optimization opportunities.
- You are responsible for activity and budget planning for your brands and support the preparation of relevant training sessions.
- You hold a degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- You have solid experience in product management – ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- You are familiar with market analysis, brand positioning, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
- You work analytically, strategically, and solution-oriented, with a clear focus on market opportunities.
- You communicate confidently, enjoy working in a team, and coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- You are proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, enabling efficient creation, editing, and presentation of materials.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
