Nola is building the AI-native account for the next decade — a stablecoin bank account with intelligence supporting every action. We're looking for a Founding Marketer to own growth, narrative, distribution, content, and experimentation from day one.

It moves your money globally in seconds, earns high yield on your USD savings, and runs the admin of your life around it: the subscriptions, the travel, the eSIMs, the bookings, all the things you shouldn't have to do yourself.

Stablecoins, AI agents, and on-chain yield finally work — all at the same time, for the first time. Whoever builds the AI-native account in this window owns where money moves through for the next decade.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a marketer or similar roles.

• Experience taking a product or company from 0 to 1.

• Worked at an early-stage startup and driven growth from zero to meaningful user adoption.

• Built a public profile through a podcast, YouTube channel, newsletter, Twitter/X audience, Substack, meme page, or similar.

• Strong understanding of GTM without brand recognition, large budgets, or existing playbooks.

• AI-native mindset with experience building agents, content pipelines, research workflows, automation systems, or outbound engines.

• Ability to write, ship, and iterate quickly.

• Comfortable owning growth outcomes end-to-end.

• Strong content creation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own everything that brings users to Nola and keeps them there — the narrative, the channels, the launch sequence, the founder content, the lifecycle, the experiments.

• Define and execute the company narrative.

• Build and scale acquisition channels.

• Design and execute launch strategies.

• Drive founder-led content initiatives.

• Own lifecycle marketing and retention programs.

• Run growth experiments across channels.

• Build agents and automations to increase marketing leverage.

• Create and ship content at high velocity.

• Solve growth challenges with no predefined playbook.

• Drive user growth and engagement across the funnel.
