The role involves leading complex projects, collaborating with teams, and mentoring engineers. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of full stack experience, experience leading teams, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full stack experience with an emphasis on backend skills
- Experience leading teams of engineers to deliver large projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience building user-facing Saas products over multiple years
- Experience building 0→1 products as well as solving large scale problems
- Typescript experience a plus
- Experience with AI amplification a plus
