Senior Product Manager

Lead development and management of the Company's digital products and technology platforms, including its customer portal, partnership management portal and integrated business platform.

Manage the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, product planning, implementation, testing and continuous improvement.

Work with management, operational teams and external technology providers to define requirements, prioritise development activities and deliver new platform features.

Analyse customer, partner and operational feedback to improve functionality, automation and user experience.

Maintain product roadmaps and coordinate digital transformation projects to enhance customer engagement, partnership management, reporting and operational efficiency.

Monitor platform performance, evaluate emerging technologies and recommend product enhancements to support business growth, scalability and service delivery.
