OUROPPORTUNITY

The Senior QAEngineer will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of ourproducts by designing, executing, and automating test cases across multipleplatforms. Reporting directly to the QA Lead Engineer, this role willcontribute to the implementation of QA strategies, support automationinitiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliverhigh-quality software.

The idealcandidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality, withstrong experience in both manual and automated testing.

YOUWILL

»Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, testcases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend systems.

»Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modernautomation frameworks.

»Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teamsto ensure testability and quality throughout the SDLC.

»Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing.

»Contribute to building and enhancing automation frameworks underthe guidance of the QA Lead.

»Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to supportcontinuous testing.

»Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools,ensuring proper prioritization and resolution.

»Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and dailystand-ups to ensure quality is embedded early.

»Support performance and security testing activities as required.

»Analyze test results, provide clear reporting, and highlightrisks or quality concerns.

»Continuously improve testing processes, tools, andmethodologies.

Mentor junior QA engineers and support knowledgesharing within the team

Requirements

»TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED

»Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

»4–7years of experience in software testing with strong exposure to both manual andautomation testing.

»Backbase certification isa MUST.

»Hands-onexperience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, orAppium.

»Proficiencyin at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).

»Solidexperience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.

»Experienceworking with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

»Familiaritywith test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).

»Goodunderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

»Experiencein performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6) is a plus.

»Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

»Excellent communication skills and ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment
