## Role Overview

As a UX/UI Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for next-generation AI systems. Your expertise will directly influence how models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input. This position allows you to leverage your domain knowledge without requiring prior experience in AI.

## Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative user experiences across web and mobile platforms. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. - Ensure all designs adhere to modern design principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines. - Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, research insights, and user testing outcomes. - Advocate for the user at every stage, balancing aesthetics with usability to deliver delightful experiences. - Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, especially in the AI and machine learning space. - Communicate ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal form to technical and non-technical team members.

## Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer. - Demonstrated mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and clarity. - Impeccable sense of aesthetics, with an eye for modern, clean, and accessible design. - Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and AI-focused teams. - Solid understanding of user-centered design processes and methodologies.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing interfaces for AI or machine learning applications. - Background in conducting user research and usability testing in agile environments. - Portfolio showcasing innovative solutions for complex user flows and aesthetic excellence.
