UX Writer & Content Designer

Location: London (Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday onsite)

Duration: Contract until 4th September + potential extension

Are you ready to look beyond words and shape the future of holistic product design? We are seeking a strategic UX Writer & Content Designer to define scalable, user-centered approaches to complex problems. In this role, you will act as a subject-matter expert, guiding product narratives and driving alignment across cross-functional teams to build cohesive, high-impact user experiences.

• Design Holistically: Look beyond copy to influence product design, creating narratives, UX frameworks, information architecture, and scalable design patterns.

• Drive Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to champion UX excellence and communicate a unified product vision.

• Leverage Data & Insights: Use user research, data analysis, and product metrics to validate design choices, improve product quality, and hit KPIs.

• Scale UX Systems: Establish holistic processes, style guides, and templates, ensuring high standards for accessibility and localization.

• Mentor & Ideate: Guide fellow UX professionals in ideation and research, anticipating constraints to deliver innovative solutions.

To thrive in this role, you must be proficient in:

• UX Writing & Information Architecture: Crafting intuitive, clear, and scalable content experiences.

• Product Design & Sensibility: A deep understanding of design principles and the end-to-end product development lifecycle.

• Data Analysis & Research: Ability to synthesize data, plan research methodologies, and translate insights into action.

• Leadership & Collaboration: Strong team management skills with a track record of effectively influencing cross-functional peers.
