Job Description
- Develop innovative onboarding and registration solutions that drive business growth, enhance customer acquisition, and improve long-term customer retention.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Managers and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business, onboarding, registration, and user journey requirements.
- Document detailed business requirements and present findings and proposals to management and key stakeholders across product, operations, and customer experience teams.
- Design, prepare, and execute comprehensive test cases for onboarding and registration features, coordinating with the regional product team to identify, report, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support operational teams in configuring onboarding flows and developing communication strategies to streamline the registration process and reduce drop-off rates.
- Monitor the performance of onboarding journeys, identify friction points and successes, and recommend improvements to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by creating and delivering training on onboarding and registration processes, ensuring that standard operating procedures and documentation are consistently maintained and updated by all impacted teams.
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information System, Technology Management, or any related course
- With at least 2 years of experience in Product Management or other related roles (Systems, Business Analyst, Product Testing)
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
