Product Manager（R&D Institute)

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end regional product strategy, definition and competitiveness by leveraging global R&D resources, and drive product success for Geely’s overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with regional sales teams to research, prioritize and translate local market demands, build localized demand-insight capabilities, and partner with product lines to deliver agile product solutions.
2. Oversee regional R&D resources to conduct in-depth competitiveness benchmarking and user scenario research for key competitors, and establish precise overseas product definition capabilities.
3. Drive iterative improvement of in-market product experience and competitiveness; identify regional product opportunities and optimize portfolio planning and launch rhythm with product line resources.
4. Support regional marketing campaign planning and product training to ensure consistent communication of product strengths; collect user experience feedback and drive cross-regional problem-solving.
