The Agency

This is a major global agency group with a significant footprint across Australia.

They have seen massive recent growth, successfully balancing high-end consumer activations with large-scale corporate work. You’ll be stepping into a team that works across B2B and B2C events, with a mixed client portfolio.

The Role: Event Producer

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the project lifecycle from initial brief through to onsite execution.
• Pitching: Collaborate with leadership on creative proposals and high-value pitches.
• Budgeting: Full financial management and tracking for your assigned projects.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities to scale accounts through strategic, creative solutions.
• Content: Lead the development of plenaries, breakout spaces, and digital content.

What You’ll Bring

• Agency Experience: A solid background as a Senior Project Manager/Producer
• B2B Focus: Proven experience delivering large-scale corporate events and conferences (B2C experience will also be considered, as long as you are open to working on a mixture of B2B & B2C).
• Autonomy: The ability to run with a project end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Creative Mindset: A strategic thinker who loves a design-led approach to production.

Salary

$100-110k + super

Location

Inner-City - Hybrid Working (2 days remote p/week)

• Open to people on Working Holiday Visas - however, you will need the relevant experience listed above.
