Role: Inside Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Create and revise quotes based on partner and end-user requests using defined tools and processes
- Create Salesforce BFO opportunities to support the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with Order Management to ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered on time
- Raise support requests for major projects
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders
- Create and manage accounts and contacts in Salesforce BFO and Oracle
- Maintain and update the Salesforce BFO sales pipeline, including data clean-up
- Process MDF (Market Development Funds) and rebates
- Support SIP activities, including invoicing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Preferably with experience using Salesforce BFO
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and ensure SLAs are met
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
