Requirements

• Seniority proven: relevant experience as a PM in digital products of medium-to-high complexity, with a clear history of impact (launches, scaling, business metrics)
• Holistic platform vision: ability to see the ecosystem as a whole, understanding how changes in a module reverberate in the experience and integrity of other products
• Data-driven orientation: ability to define KPIs and OKRs, analyze user behavior, and volumetric data to guide product evolution
• AI as a work tool: use AI as a regular and applied part of the workflow in discovery, execution, and documentation. Not as a complement, but as part of your natural workflow
• Hands-on and autonomous: profile that leads by example, with proactivity to dive into complex problems and ensure high-quality execution
• Communication and influence: excellent skills to engage different areas, influence peers, and inspire the team
