Account Manager: Remote - must be LA based!

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll own client relationships and work closely with recruiters to deliver results.

• Build and grow client relationships through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs
• Collaborate with recruiters to deliver top talent
• Stay organized, move quickly, and manage multiple priorities
• Operate with urgency, ownership, and accountability

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience is a plus, not required
