For an international touring concert production company, Lancelot Productions is recruiting an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for large-scale touring shows worldwide.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Meta Ads, alongside experience in Google Ads, TikTok, and other paid media platforms, to join our online marketing team and drive ticket sales for world-class live entertainment productions. Your responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize performance campaigns primarily across Meta Ads, with additional campaigns on Google Ads and TikTok
  • Plan and execute audience targeting strategies and A/B testing
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR to maximize performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, analytics) to align messaging and landing pages
  • Report on campaign performance and recommend actionable improvements
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in bidding strategies, automation, and audience segmentation


Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, with working knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and similar platforms
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering positive ROI
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a creative mindset
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
