Studio Natura is looking for a Founders Associate Intern - Data & AI Development

We are a fast-growing healthy food and beverage concept with locations in Berlin and active expansion into new cities. As we scale, we're looking for an analytically sharp, AI-native operator to join us as a working student in operations and automation.

In this role, you'll map and improve the processes that run our business day-to-day — from supply chain and staffing to reporting and customer feedback — and build the tools to make them faster, smarter, and more repeatable. You'll work directly with leadership, have real ownership over what you build, and see your work go live in our stores.

Tasks

Build AI apps and automation workflows

• Analyse our current operations and identify high-friction, repetitive, or manual processes and address them.
• Use tools such as Claude, n8n, LLMs or automation platforms to increase output, reduce manual work, and make repeatable processes more scalable. Document what you build so others can use and maintain .
• Operational Improvement: you will develop and setup new structures of our business with focusing on enhancing our current day-to-day operations.
• Build Visibility Tools: KPIs, Loyalty and Rating Management and goal tracking across functions. Build or maintain dashboards and reporting outputs that give leadership a clear and current picture of where things stand.

Requirements

• Analytical Merit & Track Record: You are currently pursuing a masters degree or are in the later stages of your Bachelor’s program. You possess a stellar academic background in Data, IT, Business or Economics.
• AI-First Mindset: You actively work with the latest AI tools and default to them first when solving problems. Before reaching for a traditional solution, you ask how Claude, and other frontier AI tools can get you there faster and better. You don’t just use AI — you think with it.
• Operational Grit: You are a "hands-on" personality who finds as much joy in a perfectly organized project timeline site as in a clean spreadsheet.
• Relentless Ownership: You don't wait for instructions. You see a bottleneck, whether it's a supplier delay or a data gap, and you move proactively to solve it.
• Strategic Foresight: You have the instinctive ability to turn raw data into actionable insights and enjoy translating complex, ambiguous problems into clear operational solutions.
• Resilient Adaptability: You thrive in the ambiguity of an early-stage company and remain calm and solution-oriented when project variables shift.
