Heidi is a healthcare startup building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to improve healthcare delivery. The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of cross-platform desktop applications using Tauri, Rust, and Next.js.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with systems-level programming (Rust preferred; C++ or Go acceptable)
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining desktop applications
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React / Next.js
- Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact technical problems
- Strong product intuition and a user-centric mindset
- Demonstrated ability to embrace AI as a force multiplier in software engineering
