- Shape product roadmaps and user stories
- Partner with engineering, design, and PMs
- Record screencasts and product videos
- Own facets of product marketing
- Collect user feedback, run market research, and analyze metrics
- Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks
- Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with C-level on priorities and dashboards
