Position Summary

Work You'll Do

As a Lead Data Engineer I on the project, you will:

• Develop and implement scalable, interactive, and accurate enterprise dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and reporting needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks, and perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
• Design, maintain, and enhance BI solutions using strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, data source connectivity, and Power Query.
• Execute across all phases of the BI development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment), leveraging Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) to track progress and deliverables.
  Optimize ETL processes through performance tuning to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading aligned with business requirements.
• Lead development efforts and oversee technical solution delivery, providing status updates, recommendations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• 8+ years of experience with data modeling
• 3+ years of experience with JIRA
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Query
• 3Product Development Lifecycle Management
• Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
