Freelance Graphic Designer

What we're looking for

At least 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that shows a range across formats A strong sense of brand — you can work within a visual system and also help build one Clean, intentional layouts with solid typography fundamentals Comfort working with brand guidelines and knowing when (and how) to push them Good communicator who can take feedback and iterate without losing the thread Self-directed: you manage your own time, flag blockers early, and deliver on time. You'll need your own computer and an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.

Projects

We're a small, collaborative creative team that moves fast and cares deeply about craft. We're looking for a versatile freelance graphic designer who can show up across different types of work — from a social campaign to a pitch deck to some video editing — and bring the same level of thoughtfulness to each.This isn't a one-trick pony role. We need someone who understands how a brand lives across formats, and who can adapt their execution accordingly. If you get excited about making things look and feel right — and you take visual consistency seriously — we'd love to hear from you. Project-based, with potential for ongoing collaboration. Please share a portfolio that reflects a range of work.

What you'll work on

The scope will vary by project, but generally you'll be helping us execute across a range of design needs. That might look like:

• Branded digital assets and social content
• Design comps and visual mockups for presentations or client work
• Case study imagery and storytelling layouts
• Light motion graphics or simple video edits when the project calls for it
• Marketing collateral

You don't need to be a specialist in all of these but you should be comfortable picking up whatever the moment needs and delivering something that looks considered and on-brand.
