SAP EAM/ SAP PM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support SAP EAM/PM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades across diverse environments.

- Translate complex business requirements into scalable and effective SAP solutions.

- Configure core SAP PM functionalities including Notifications, Work Orders, Maintenance Plans, Equipment, Functional Locations, and Task Lists.

- Integrate SAP EAM with related modules such as MM, WM, FI/CO, and PP.

- Identify and drive improvements in maintenance and reliability processes.

- Create and execute test plans, and develop comprehensive training materials and end-user documentation.

- Manage asset data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.

- Deliver user training and provide ongoing functional and technical support.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EAM/PM-related issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of functional experience with SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance.

- Proven success in full-cycle SAP EAM/PM implementations and post-go-live support.

- Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.

- Experience in asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas or Medical is preferred.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
