Role Overview

The Senior Director, Product Management – Digital Workplace is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of enterprise digital workplace solutions. This role leads a global product organization focused on delivering innovative, secure, and scalable workplace experiences that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and collaboration.

What You Will Do

Define and drive the enterprise Digital Workplace product vision, oversee the full lifecycle of Digital Workplace products and platforms, and lead development of differentiated offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Digital Workplace, End-User Computing, or SaaS/Platform-based services
  • 6–8+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing, global teams
  • Deep expertise in Digital Workplace domains, including Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Virtual Desktop / DaaS, Endpoint management and automation, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools and analytics
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale, experience-led solutions
  • Strong understanding of workplace security, compliance, and global delivery models
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite decision-making
