Pulsora is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Developer to join its team, working on a well-funded startup focused on sustainability and ESG. The ideal candidate will have experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and complex agentic workflows.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar Engineering field
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years focused on AI/ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python and its relevant data science libraries
- Proven experience integrating and working with major LLM APIs
- At least 1 year of deep practical experience with LangChain and LangGraph
- Solid understanding and implementation experience with RAG architectures, vector DBs, vector search, embeddings, and reranking mechanisms
