Requirements
- 5+ years in a scale-up, in roles such as solutions engineer, technical consultant, AI product engineer, or similar
- Hands-on experience shipping AI agents and building end-to-end automations with tools like n8n
- MCP experience: built or worked with MCP servers and know how to connect LLMs to internal tools, APIs and data sources
- Coaching mindset: upskilled non-technical teams on AI tooling and driven real adoption
- Pragmatism: defined ROI, iterated, and shipped - didn't over-engineer
- Business acumen: connected technical work to business outcomes - thought in terms of impact, not just implementation
- Stakeholder skills: run discovery sessions and presented confidently to senior, non-technical audiences
- Regulated industry experience: worked in fintech or a closely adjacent field and understood compliance constraints first-hand
