Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Governance
- Own AMS governance cadence, delivery plan, and monthly service reporting (SLA/incident/problem).
- Ensure minimum 99.5% monthly availability and manage service risks/issues proactively.
Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Drive incident response and ensure response-time commitments are met, with timely status updates.
- Lead problem management and post-incident reviews; implement corrective/preventive actions.
Release & Delivery Management
- Govern pipeline/release schedule with DevOps; ensure safe deployments and change controls.
Maintenance & Security
- Prioritise and govern bug fixes, minor enhancements, dependency updates, configuration changes, and documentation updates.
- Track and drive remediation for VAPT/audit findings and security patching.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary interface with stakeholders and coordinate cross-team dependencies for AMS execution.
Required Experience / Skills
- 7+ years in IT project/service management (preferably government/regulatory environments).
- Strong experience running SLA-driven operations, incident/problem/change management.
- Comfortable managing distributed teams (offshore delivery is permitted).
- Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills.
