Responsibilities

Service Delivery & Governance

  • Own AMS governance cadence, delivery plan, and monthly service reporting (SLA/incident/problem).
  • Ensure minimum 99.5% monthly availability and manage service risks/issues proactively.

Incident, Problem & Change Management

  • Drive incident response and ensure response-time commitments are met, with timely status updates.
  • Lead problem management and post-incident reviews; implement corrective/preventive actions.

Release & Delivery Management

  • Govern pipeline/release schedule with DevOps; ensure safe deployments and change controls.

Maintenance & Security

  • Prioritise and govern bug fixes, minor enhancements, dependency updates, configuration changes, and documentation updates.
  • Track and drive remediation for VAPT/audit findings and security patching.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary interface with stakeholders and coordinate cross-team dependencies for AMS execution.

Required Experience / Skills

  • 7+ years in IT project/service management (preferably government/regulatory environments).
  • Strong experience running SLA-driven operations, incident/problem/change management.
  • Comfortable managing distributed teams (offshore delivery is permitted).
  • Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills.
