Role Overview

Join the Technical Services team at 360Learning to deliver customized technical solutions for clients, particularly in the Enterprise segment. As a Technical Services Developer, you'll craft high-quality front-end plugins, integrations, and customizations, and bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical excellence.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable technical solutions, including integrations and automations built on Workato, internal tools, reporting solutions, web applications, plugins, and enhancements to our BigCommerce integration. Perform tests, participate in peer code reviews, and document solutions to empower Implementation Specialists and clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, front-end development, and back-end development/integrations
• Experience working with node.js and vue.js
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and asynchronous workflows
• Ability to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions
• Experience working with SQL databases or DataWarehouses (Snowflake is a plus)
• Exposure to cloud platforms is appreciated
• Interest in full stack development, Git workflows and CI/CD practices
• Fluent English (US/UK), French speaking is a plus
• Knowledge of BigCommerce is a plus
