Marketing & Projects Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and confident Marketing & Projects Coordinator to join our growing media and marketing group based in Moreton Bay.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting multiple brands spanning local news, lifestyle, business, healthcare, events, partnerships, and digital content.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and wider team across campaigns, projects, events, content, partnerships, social media, and day-to-day business operations. No two days look the same.

This role would suit someone with strong administration, coordination, EA, or client-facing experience wanting to move further into marketing and media, or someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience looking for more variety, exposure, and growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting campaigns, partnerships, and business initiatives
• Coordinating timelines, suppliers, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Assisting with events, activations, and projects
• Supporting social media, founder brands, and content creation
• Helping with EDMs, website updates, and marketing assets
• Providing operational and coordination support to the CEO and wider team
