## Infrastructure & Security

- Network coordination – servers, switches, storage, routers, data center - SSL certificate management on Microsoft IIS - Active Directory administration and patch management oversight - Daily SOC and cybersecurity report review with mitigation follow-up - VAPT oversight and backup/recovery report review

## Vendor & SLA Management

- Vendor SLA tracking and escalation - Ticket closure review and critical item escalation - Telecom and connectivity coordination - User account lifecycle – creation, activation, deactivation

## SAP / GSAP

- Daily GSAP postings per SOP - SM35 transaction file postings - Credit limit, exposure, and debit/credit note postings - Sales system and GSAP reconciliation - Bank and GSAP interface support

## BI & Integration

- BI bug and data mismatch logging/escalation - Integration troubleshooting coordination - Wet Stock Management and VMI support routing

## Working Hours

Sun–Thu, standard business hours plus after-hours for planned or critical activities

## Profile

6 to 10 years IT operations/managed services experience, SAP/GSAP exposure, ITIL preferred
