About the role

We’re looking for a TechSupport Engineer based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home. What You'll Do Device lifecycle management : assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping Office IT support : provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our London office AV support : ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably End-user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team Onboarding : run IT onboarding calls for new joiners New IT projects : contribute to Tech Ops initiatives Automation and tooling : build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work Documentation : write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides What you bring A friendly, end-user focused attitude. You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems. Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset Comfort with common IT fundamentals (macOS, networking basics, SaaS tooling) A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly Clear written and verbal communication skills Bonus Prior experience in a high growth / startup environment Experience in a customer or public-facing role Familiarity with bash scripting What we offer At ElevenLabs, our biggest reward is shaping that future of voice technology.
