This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.
As an L4 SaaS Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining complex software applications within our SaaS environment. You will leverage your deep expertise in modern software technologies to enhance the functionality, performance, and scalability of our software solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems, develop advanced serviceability capabilities and ensure the ongoing
reliability and security of our SaaS platform.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced technical support for the Advisor360° SaaS platform including advanced monitoring, complex issue diagnosis, break/fix, and service restoration
- Optimization of application performance and availability
- Analysis of software systems to identify opportunities for software and architecture improvements
- Design and development of serviceability tooling and features to allow enhance and streamline support capabilities
- Build deep domain expertise on global infrastructure deployment technology and processes
- Mentor and support team members with technical expertise and guidance
- Ensures compliance with coding standards and development procedures
- Respond to questions, researches issues, and coordinates resolution of issues
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to resolve defects and technical issues
- Occasional participation in on-call rotations
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on SaaS applications
- Familiar with leveraging AI in code analysis and generation
- Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- In-depth understanding of full stack architectures, RESTful APIs, and database design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in .NET recommended
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and agile methodologies
- Ability to understand, enhance and improve code
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills

The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000– $141,000 + bonus & equity.
