- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience delivering and scaling leadership development programs.
- 10 years managing large-scale, dynamic technical projects in the software engineering domain.
- 10 years of experience in product or technical program management across complex organizations.
- 5 years of experience leading and growing teams within technical program management or equivalent roles.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive large-scale, strategic initiatives by taking a data-centric approach to program management and data analysis. You will excel at creating and scaling new initiatives, articulating program success, and delivering impactful results by collaborating with and influencing technical leaders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with senior engineering leadership to define and execute end-to-end strategic programs that drive the organization's technical roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including HR and professional development teams, to build strategic initiatives that support senior technical leaders.
- Utilize a data-centric approach to develop real-time dashboards and performance metrics to monitor program success and organizational impact.
- Lead technical experiments and scale successful pilots into broad initiatives that deliver measurable results across the company.
- Influence and build trusting relationships with senior stakeholders to advocate for organizational change and communicate strategic progress.
