Business Development Manager (IT Outsourcing)

We’re an IT outsourcing & staff augmentation company looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our client portfolio - primarily in the US and European markets.

We’re looking for someone who is actively based in Europe, energetic, and ready to roll up their sleeves in a real sales environment - not just manage spreadsheets, but actually hunt, pitch, and close.

Employment type: Open to both full-time and part-time engagement. We’ll discuss details during the process.

Requirements

- Based in Europe

- Advanced English (C1+)- you’ll be dealing directly with US-based clients.

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management at an IT outsourcing / staff augmentation company

- Proven track record of outbound sales, pipeline building, and full-cycle deal management - from first touch to signed contract

- Experience working with international markets, particularly the US and Europe

- Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives

- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a consistent record of hitting revenue targets

- Proactive, hands-on approach — you don’t wait for leads to come to you, you go find them

- Experience developing industry partnerships, customer networks, and new market opportunities

- Open to business travel across Europe and beyond
