What You Will Do

You'll be responsible for contributing to the overall success of our programmatic goals, developing & maintaining relationships with hospitals and restaurants, and working with the Key Relationships Manager to provide meaningful and impactful volunteer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, program management, or other relevant job experience
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Commitment to the mission of Culinary Care and the ability to effectively communicate its impact in the community
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Vehicle, driver's license, auto insurance
