We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to help design and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions that drive measurable business acceleration. This role is focused on practical implementation and scalable delivery, building agentic workflows, AI-powered products, and automation capabilities that integrate into real operational environments rather than isolated research or proof-of-concept initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise across modern AI and cloud ecosystems, with a primary focus on OpenAI technologies (including early-access / NDA Frontier capabilities), Databricks, and AWS, alongside supporting experience with Azure components, PowerBI, and UiPath. Experience integrating with legacy enterprise platforms such as Informatica, Cognos, and ERP ecosystems is highly valued.

Requirements:

• Native Spanish or Portuguese language.
• Advanced English level (C1) to ensure fluent communication across the teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern AI ecosystems, primarily leveraging OpenAI technologies, including exposure to early-access or NDA-based Frontier capabilities.
• Proven expertise designing and deploying scalable AI solutions using Databricks and AWS as the primary cloud platform.
• Solid experience integrating AI and data solutions across Azure components, PowerBI, and UiPath environments.
• Experience working with enterprise legacy data platforms and systems, including Informatica, Cognos, and ERP ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to build and operationalize agentic workflows, AI-driven automations, and enterprise-grade AI/data products in production environments.
• Strong focus on delivering practical business outcomes through AI acceleration initiatives rather than research-only activities or isolated proof-of-concept implementations.
• Experience developing reusable reference architectures, scalable frameworks, and standardized AI delivery patterns across enterprise environments.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, operations, and business stakeholders to drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging OpenAI technologies, Databricks, AWS, and supporting Azure components.
• Build scalable agentic workflows, AI-powered automations, and intelligent data products aligned with business and operational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate business requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Lead the implementation and integration of AI capabilities across enterprise platforms, including PowerBI, UiPath, Informatica, Cognos, and ERP ecosystems.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, frameworks, and scalable delivery patterns to accelerate AI adoption across multiple business domains.
• Ensure AI solutions are production-ready, secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise governance and compliance standards.
• Optimize and maintain AI workflows, data pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure to support long-term operational efficiency and scalability.
• Drive practical AI enablement initiatives focused on measurable business impact rather than experimental or research-only implementations.
