Role Overview
The Associate Implementation Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, Client Management in the CDB Client Services Department. This role is responsible for new client onboarding and engagement, directing all aspects of client benefit plan installation for new and existing clients of Inspira’s products and services.
What You Will Do
Act as the single point-of-contact for benefit plan implementation, mediate and coordinate resolution of all project deliverables and implementation related issues, partner with key stakeholders to identify and address critical implementation issues, and evaluate impact of client-requested exception.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong organization skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Finance or related field
