Role Overview
The Manager, HR Process Excellence is a builder of the next-generation People & Culture operating model. This role reimagines how HR work is designed, delivered, and scaled by leveraging emerging technologies, AI agents, and intelligent workflows to create a more agile, efficient, and human-centered function.
What You Will Do
Partner with HR leaders and executive stakeholders to define problem statements, scope, success criteria, and prioritize operational improvement initiatives enabled by technology, automation, and AI. Lead end-to-end analysis of current-state processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methods to identify root causes, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or consulting
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum)
- Formal training in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process transformation methodologies
- Demonstrated experience leading structured process redesign initiatives from problem definition through future-state solution design
- Experience working within healthcare and/or regulated environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
