Role Overview
MetaPhase is supporting a federal client delivering mission-critical programs aligned to regulatory and national priorities. In this role, the ServiceNow Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements, with a focus on technical execution and system delivery.
What You Will Do
Lead the planning and execution of ServiceNow technical projects, including implementations, enhancements, and integrations. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and technical dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA testers, and Business Analysts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We need a ServiceNow Project Manager with at least 10 years of relevant experience to work closely with developers, architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow solutions, including integrations, platform configurations, and releases.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in project management, technical delivery, or related field
- Hold a current PMP
- Experience managing ServiceNow implementations, integrations, or platform enhancement projects
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in federal government agencies
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, MS Project, or Smartsheet
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), release management, and deployment processes
