Role Overview
As a Technical Support Remote Engineer, you will be the go-to technical expert on our hotline, supporting distributors, installers, and end users across the French market. You will manage and resolve incoming tickets efficiently, create and record FAQ content, and document processes to continuously improve the support experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
