Role Overview
As a Sr. QA Manual Tester, you will conduct Software Quality Assurance testing activities to ensure that Claritev application products operate correctly and meet specified requirements. You will work as part of a team with influence across a larger organization, analyzing business requirements and technical specifications, creating test strategies, and executing SQA testing.
What You Will Do
You will perform back-end testing using SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases, perform regression and integration testing, and analyze test results and logs defects in JIRA. You will also collaborate with project team members on the resolution and re-testing of identified defects and issues.

Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree or 10 years of IT experience
- Minimum 8 years' experience performing Software Quality Assurance testing
- Knowledge of Web Services testing tools (XML, SOAP/UI, Restful, Postman, ReadyAPI etc.)
- Ability to write and understand SQL against Oracle databases
- Knowledge of testing in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or OCI)
- Knowledge of medical claim processing
- Advanced knowledge of Software QA automated test tools
- Knowledge of load testing
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of health care industry
- Knowledge of project management and execution of multiple projects
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools
- Knowledge of health care EDI formats and processes
- Knowledge of automated testing and performance testing tools
- Knowledge of UI testing
- Communication (verbal, written and listening), planning, organizing, analytical, project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze data and arrive at a logical conclusion
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers
- Ability to evaluate production situations and current information to determine the appropriate course of action and execute decisions
- Ability to operate in a dynamic change environment
