Role Overview
We're looking for a scrappy, commercially-minded Affiliate & Partner Channel Lead to own and scale Yendo's affiliate and partner channel. A foundation is in place, but there's a long way to go. You'll be responsible for expanding the partner ecosystem, standing up new platforms and relationships, and building the operational infrastructure to run it all at scale.
What You Will Do
Define and execute Yendo's affiliate and partner channel roadmap, identify and activate high-ROI partners, develop a tiered partner strategy, and manage partner operations and enablement.

Requirements
- 3-8+ years of affiliate or performance partnership experience at a consumer fintech, financial services company, or major publisher/aggregator
- Hands-on experience working with Credit Karma, LendingTree, or similar financial comparison platforms
- Fluency with the Impact partnership platform (or equivalent like CJ, Partnerize, Rakuten)
- Experience drafting and negotiating IOs, managing creative mocks and approval processes, and running the full operational lifecycle of a partner relationship
- Comfort with performance data: building your own reports, QA your own numbers, and spotting anomalies before someone else does
