Role Overview

RGP is seeking a seasoned Workday Solutions Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Workday solutions across complex, global organizations. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on Workday expert who thrives at the intersection of HR transformation, enterprise architecture, and scalable system design.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end Workday HCM solution architecture for RGP clients, including global, multi-entity implementations, phased deployments, and HR transformations. Design scalable enterprise Workday architectures, consolidating legacy HR systems and establishing Workday as the system of record.

Progressive experience in HRIS and Workday, with senior-level ownership of solution design and delivery in enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience as a Workday Solutions Architect, Senior HCM Architect, or Functional/Technical Lead on large-scale, global implementations.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in HRIS and Workday
• Senior-level ownership of solution design and delivery in enterprise environments
• Demonstrated experience as a Workday Solutions Architect, Senior HCM Architect, or Functional/Technical Lead on large-scale, global implementations
• Deep hands-on expertise across Workday HCM, including Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Reporting, Security, and Integrations
• Proven success leading multi-phase global deployments, large workforce conversions (10,000+ employees), and HR system consolidations
• Strong background in post-go-live governance, release management, stabilization, and continuous improvement
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable Workday solutions while influencing senior client stakeholders
