Role Overview
National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Manager to own the measurement infrastructure, governance, and analytics operations that power our marketing and digital programs across 1,000+ veterinary hospital locations.
What You Will Do
Administer and maintain GA4 and Amplitude, own Google Tag Manager governance, build and maintain marketing measurement frameworks, develop analytics infrastructure for emerging programs, and partner with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing measurement, or analytics engineering in a complex, multi-property environment
- Working knowledge of modern marketing technology ecosystems and governance practices
- Deep hands-on expertise with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude
- Strong understanding of tag governance, pixel management, consent frameworks, and data layer architecture
- Hands-on technical fluency: proficient in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analytics workflows
- Experience building attribution and marketing measurement frameworks at scale
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with a high degree of independence and rigor
